Returns & Exchanges

At BulbAmerica, we strive to ensure your lighting projects shine bright, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unused products in their original packaging. Our goal is to make the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible so you can find the perfect bulb for your home.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
